About Bethany

Over time, my passion for science, nutrition, material culture, and human behavior began to weave together. I fell in love with the interconnectedness of it all: how food, routines, thought patterns, and identity shape our outcomes. I realized I didn’t just want to study objects—I wanted to work with people. And I wanted to help them feel more whole.

Even after landing a coveted role at one of only seven regional conservation centers in the U.S., I never stopped coaching. And when the pandemic arrived and the studio closed temporarily, I found myself coaching full-time—and feeling more aligned than I ever had. I didn’t mourn the shift. I embraced it.

About Bethany

I’ve been coaching for over 20 years, helping people from all walks of life rethink what’s possible, move past self-imposed limitations, and reconnect with what matters most. We can’t always control what happens to us—but we can choose how we respond, what we carry forward, and how we reshape our path. That’s the heart of my work: helping you strip away the noise and get to the core of what’s holding you back—then building a plan that actually fits your life.

Coaching wasn’t supposed to be forever. It started as a flexible, fulfilling way to support myself through graduate school. I earned master’s degrees in both art history and art conservation, where I studied chemistry alongside future doctors and pharmacists. Conservation work taught me how environments affect preservation—and that understanding deeply informs my work with people, too.

That’s how Echeveria Coaching was born. Named after the resilient succulent that thrives even with limited resources, this work is about helping you do the same—reframe your thinking, reclaim your energy, and move forward with intention, even when life feels heavy.
